Mentoring is my way of paying it forward
I have had some great mentors along my career, and I am can attest how impactful they have been in giving me sound perspective and giving me honest, candid advice. I entered my career feeling I had to know it all just to finally wise up a bit (!) and realize how other’s experiences and inputs can exponentially shape me.
Did I have to take action on everything my mentors gave? No, not necessarily. Some things I put on a shelf and happen to find later down the road finally resonated. Some things I felt made sense for them, but may not for me. But, much of what they offered I valued and immediately used it to pivot my course, adjust my interpretation of a situation, or influenced my mindset.
My mentors have impacted me beyond measure and my hope is to help do the same for other women.
Areas I Mentor:

Questions

I have committed to mentoring between 2-5 women at any given time. If you’re curious whether I have availability, feel free to reach out to me and I’m happy to connect.

I have a unique lens of being a female tech-founder and going from individual contributor to C-Suite positions in the tech software arena. That said, I feel I am most relevant and impactful to other women who are treading the course as a founder, are transitioning into people leadership, or are already at the C-suite and are looking for another ear and perspective.
In addition, I have two teenagers and also have an understanding for juggling motherhood - career - and partnership (wife). The hustle is real! I’m also happy to venture into those areas with other women.

$0. I volunteer my time to mentor. I do offer coaching, as well. This is a paid service but can expand our time together during coaching sessions to sharing in mentorship.

The best way to see if my mentorship is a good fit for you I would recommend scheduling a 30-minute introductory call. We can make introductions and use that time to hear what you’re currently seeking in mentorship. By the end of that call we will determine if I am good fit for you!
